GREENWOOD, Julia M

Born in the Dewsbury district, Yorkshire in 1951, daughter of Stanley Frederick Greenwood (1917-1987) and his wife Edith J. née Oxley, who married in 1949. Julia studied at Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts. A watercolourist and draughtsman in pen and ink for which she has many commissions ranging from the drawing of the boat used by the Transglobe Expedition to a copy of an Elizabethan map for the Aldeburgh Society. She has settled in Suffolk and has had two shared shows at Aldeburgh, Suffolk and a solo exhibition at Sue Rankin Gallery in 1990.
