Andrew Pringle

Born at Ealing, London in November 1955, son of Robert H. Pringle and his wife Pamela A. née Molloy, who married at Westminster in 1950. He grew up in Nassau, Bahamas and then studied at the Ruskin School of Drawing and Painting, Oxford 1976-1979 and at the Royal Academy Schools 1981-1984 for an Advanced Diploma. Painter whose work includes small, carefully studied landscapes and seascapes and has exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition from 1983 and has also exhibited at Jeremy Wayne, Mall Galleries, Sue Rankin Gallery also at New Grafton Gallery and locally at Fermoy Gallery, Kings Lynn and Chappel Gallery, Essex and in Suffolk at Barnsdale Gallery, Yoxford, Halesworth Gallery, The Shed, Iken and elsewhere. He married in the Waveney district of Suffolk in 1993, Charlotte Love and they live at Wissett, Halesworth, Suffolk with a fishing shed studio beside the River Blyth.
