JARMAN, Delphine
As Delphine E. Talbot, she was born at Ipswich in 1929, daughter of Harry Talbot (30 August 1901-1990), manager at a sugar beet factory, and his wife Violet Nancy Louise née Worby (19 April 1908-1983), who married at Ipswich in 1927 and in 1939 were living at 12 Somerset Road, Ipswich. Delphine married at Ipswich in 1951, Derek Jarman. As Mrs D. E. Jarman, a Friend of the Ipswich Art Club from 1974 and exhibited from 23 Dorchester Road, Ipswich in 1980, two works 'River Orwell from Wherstead' and 'Old Post Office, Coddenham'. These two works may have been by her son John Jarman.
