PATTESON, Eliza Sarah
Sarah Eliza Patterson, or Eliza Sarah Patteson, was baptised at Holy Trinity, Ipswich on 6 December 1865, daughter of John Patterson, a sailor, and his wife Eliza née Brown, who married at Ipswich in 1854. As Miss E. S. Patteson, a member of the Ipswich Art Club 1887-1890 from 31 Berners Street, Ipswich. In 1891 the occupants of this address were just two female servants but the local directory gives the occupant as a Miss Patteson. She does not seem to have exhibited at the Art Club. She died at Innisfail, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland on 27 February 1913, she was unmarried.
