DAVEY, Betty Alexander
As Betty Alexander Smith, was born at Edmonton, London on 9 February 1924, her mother's maiden name was Gibbons. Betty married at Maldon, Essex in 1956, Maurice Percy Davey and painted under the name of Betty Davey. A member of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from Rosebank, Gaston Street, East Bergholt, Suffolk in 1978, two pictures 'The Stable Clock' and 'Suffolk Fields'. Betty Alexander Davey died at Rosebank, Gaston Street, East Bergholt on 19 September 1987.
