GHOSE, Tapati Mukherjee
As Tapati Mukherjee, she was born around 1968. Tapati was educated at Sir Ramesh Mitra Girls High School, Kolkata, India 1980–1986 and at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata, gaining a B.Sc., B.Ed. and Diploma in Fine Arts. A self-employed professional fine art painter, participating in exhibitions and has sales of paintings to corporate, art dealer and individual buyers. Her paintings are on real life, abstract, modern & figurative art in oil and acrylic on canvas and sketches on paper. A Friend at the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from 84 Pearson Road, Ipswich in 1980, 'A Study of Roses'. She has exhibited at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata and many group exhibitions from 1994, including West Bengal State Rajya Charukala Pradarshani Annual Exhibition 1994–2004; Art Exhibition at the 25th Ganatantrik Lekhak Shilpa Sarit, Rapport Group 2002; Spandan, C.M.F.A, RAD, All India Art Workshop, Momarto, Senjuti, West Bengal State Govt; Department of Environment Art Workshop, Chalaman Shilpa, Dny Art Movement, Gorky Sadan Tsunami Art Workshop, Sonar Bangla Art Workshop in 2004. She is now a married teacher and lives at Netrakona, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
