As June R. Kiddle, she was born at Swaffham, Norfolk in 1930, daughter of Bertie William Kiddle (18 February 1895-1956), a farmer, and his wife Audrey née Gardner, who married at Walsingham, Norfolk in 1926. In 1947, a student at Norwich Art School, but due to financial circumstances was unable to complete the course. She married in the Norwich Outer District in 1956, John E. Drummond after which her time was used in bringing up her family. However, at the age of 49, she attended adult classes at Ipswich Art School under Ken Cuthbert [q.v.] since when she has painted regularly usually flowers and items from around her. A Friend of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from Cookley Farm, Eye, Suffolk in 1990, three pictures 'Harvest Festival', 'Still Life with Red Cabbage and Aubergine' and 'Anne's Garden' and from the same address in 1997 two items 'Gift' and 'Pomegranates, Plums, Beads'. June is a founder member of the Eye Arts Guild from where in 2013 she is showing in that years exhibitions.
