SHEPPARD, Francis Cyril
Francis Cyril Sheppard was born at Tendring, Essex on 18 June 1900, son of Isabella Maria Sheppard (1 April 1868-1956), Isabella was born in Ipswich and in 1891 in service at Melton Rectory, near Woodbridge, Suffolk. In 1939, Frances is recorded as 'incapacitated', living at 12 Dyke Street, Ipswich with his unmarried mother Isabella. An unknown painter who has one painting, in the possession of Colchester and Ipswich Museums Service, dated 1973 of Flatford Mill. Francis Cyril Sheppard died at 47 Gatacre Road, Ipswich on 27 November 1979.
