BATEMAN, Cyril Albert
Cyril Albert Bateman was born at Hendon, Oxfordshire in September 1919, third child and second son of Albert Edward Bateman, clerk of works, and his wife Alice Emily née Trigg, who married at Islington, London in 1906. Cyril married at Brentwood, Essex in 1968, Maureen E. Gibson and in 2002 they were living at The Old Mill House, Redisham Road, Beccles, Suffolk. A member and exhibitor at Beccles Society of Artists 1977-1990. Cyril Albert Bateman died in a Suffolk Nursing Home on the 25 April 2012.
