Kevin William Franks was born at Hemsworth, Yorkshire in 1944, his mother's maiden name was Martin. He married at Poplar, London in 1966, Barbara J. Stevens. Kevin exhibited at Church Walks, Bury St Edmund's, Suffolk in 2012 from Myway, Clayhall Lane, Acton, Sudbury, Suffolk and exhibits at the Sudbury Art & Framing Centre and Frame Workshop & Gallery in Ipswich.
