Jane Crick

Jane Alison Crick was born in the Gipping district of Suffolk in 1969, daughter of Terence M. Crick and his wife Angela O. née Gower, who married at Ipswich in 1967. Jane Crick is a Suffolk based professional artist, whose bright and breezy designs are inspired by her love of nature and the countryside and coastline that is on her doorstep. Inspired by her love of flowers and nature, she combines this with her graphic design skills of over 20 years, to produce bold designs using flat colour and shape to convey form and texture. She runs a successful business designing a range of greetings cards, stationery and giftwrap, all printed locally in Suffolk, and she also designs bespoke giftware and undertakes commissions. She will work from supplied photographic reference to create a unique image. This can then be applied to her standard giftware range including greetings cards, giclee prints, mini notepads, keyrings, and tin plate fridge magnets. All items are printed in the UK to exacting standards. Other items such as mugs, bags and tea towels can also be considered. A member of the March Hare Collective group of Suffolk-based artists and crafts people and has her shop at 6 St John's Street, Bury St Edmund's, Suffolk and lives at Maple Cottage, Felsham between Bury St Edmund's, and Stowmarket.
