Frank D. Cousin was born in Glanford Brigg, Lincolnshire in 1925. He married in the Sheffield district in 1963, Mary Cousin née Downes. Frank Cousin, like his wife, was a contributor from 'The Willows', Manse Lane, Cratfield, Suffolk to the Westhall Secret Postcard Auction, in 2013 a watercolour 'LT543, Walberswick 2' and the following year 'As seen from Above' also contributing a work to the 'Laxfield Secret Postcard Auction' in 2014.
