LIMBERT, Henry Rose
Henry Rose Limbert was born at East Ilsley, Berkshire and baptised at St Mary's Church, East Ilsley on 4 March 1883, eldest son of Rowland Rose Limbert (1858-1895), a groom in racing stables, and his wife Sarah Matilda née Hunt (July 1860-May 1893), who married at East Ilsley in 1882. In 1891, Henry was a scholar, living at Fairfield Cottage, West Ilsley Road, East Ilsley with his parents, 32-year-old Rowland, born Derby and 30-year-old Matilda, born Leckhampstead, Berkshire and their two other children Frederick 6 and Rowland 3, both born in Berkshire. In 1911, Henry was a 28-year-old artist, boarding at 2 Permit Office Street, Ipswich, the home of John Bullard and his family. Henry Rose Limbert died at Long Ashton, Somerset in 1917, aged 35.
