Born at Hackney, London on 26 June 1866, daughter of George Parson[s] Norman [q.v.] and his wife Eleanor née Clark, who married at Hackney in 1865. In 1871, living at London Fields, Hackney with her parents but about 1878 they moved to 2 Burton Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk. She exhibited at Ipswich Fine Art Club in 1883 from Lowestoft two watercolours 'Day Dreams' and 'Fisher Girl' in 1884 two watercolours 'Go Away' and 'Two Old Bo[u]ys' and two more in 1885 'Lane at Herringfleet, Suffolk' and 'Earlswood Common, Surrey' she also exhibited in 1923 'Backwater, Somerleyton, near Lowestoft'. By 1891 she had moved to 24 St Margaret's Terrace, Church Road, Lowestoft and, like her father later used the surname Parsons-Norman and when they moved to Norwich from where a member and exhibitor at the Norfolk & Norwich Art Circle 1912-1916 and where she was a High School Teacher. In 1939, an artist & art teacher living at 103 Regent Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. She died at Reading, Berkshire in 1945, aged 79, she was unmarried.
