ATTWOOD, Zoe
Zoe Catherine Attwood was educated at Sudbury Upper School and studied illustration at Kingston University and Fashion and Textiles at Colchester Institute and went on to study at Central Saint Martins in London to obtain her M.A. degree. Zoe combines her love in fashion and nature creating paintings, textiles, printmaking, and wooden art pieces. She works from her river studio overlooking the river Stour and beautiful Sudbury Water Meadows. The river setting, Gainsborough's House Gallery and her visits to London play a part in her art life and inspiration and she paints larger than life flowers, as well as fairy-tale style imagery of animals and the tranquil river life with swans and kingfishers. A member of the Suffolk Open Studios from River Bank, Beaconsfield Close, Sudbury, Suffolk.
