STUTCHBURY, Helen
As Helen Beloe, she was born Richmond-upon-Thames on 17 January 1934, eldest of the three children of Robert Beloe (12 May 1905-26 April 1984), education officer, and his wife Amy née Rose (4 May 1911-23 October 1998), who married at Henley, Oxfordshire in 1934 and in 1939 were living at The Hill House, Queen's Road, Richmond-upon-Thames, Surrey. Helen married at Westminster, London in 1954, Oliver Piers Stutchbury (27 January 1927-29 January 2011), a politician, and they had three daughters and a son. She painted as Helen Stutchbury and exhibited at the Royal Academy. In 2003 Helen Stutchbury was living at Gayles, Friston, Sussex and died on 21 November 2012 and buried at St Mary the Virgin, Friston, Sussex.
